Finance & Accounts Officer – Procurement

Location

Sanepa Lalitpur

Key Responsibilities

Procurement SOP development and compliance

GRN, Purchase Order and procurement documentation

Procurement and financial reconciliation

Inventory and stock management across project sites

Vendor and subcontractor profile and performance management

National and international vendor sourcing

RFQ, quotation comparison and procurement records

Logistics and interdepartmental coordination

Other procurement and supply chain responsibilities as assigned

Qualification and Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Supply Chain or related field

3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction sector

Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory and financial documentation

Good command of MS Excel and reporting
