Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product planning, including requirement definition, feature prioritization, and product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs lifecycle management

Drive successful product launches in collaboration with marketing, engineering, and sales teams (GTM, positioning, pricing)

Identify new ICT & Cyber product opportunities based on market and customer needs

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to maintain product relevance and competitiveness

Monitor product performance and KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement

Make strategic decisions on product features, enhancements, and direction

Lead and mentor product teams, ensuring alignment with KPIs and fostering professional growth

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product execution

Education Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field with 4 years of Experience or Master degree with 2 years of experience in Product Management.

Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and market research techniques

Strategic thinking with strong business acumen

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
