Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and business goals.
• Should be able to sell goods online through e commerce portals for a Branded Garment Store
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create, plan, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare monthly and weekly content calendars in coordination with the marketing and management teams.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
• Write engaging captions, promotional copy, and other social media content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify new content and campaign opportunities.
• Manage audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns when required.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, follower growth, and other key metrics.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to promote products, services, campaigns, events, and company updates.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, and digital marketing practices.
