We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting daily financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and assisting with financial reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

Assist in data entry for invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and financial activities

Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections

Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements

Perform general accounting and clerical duties, such as filing and record keeping

Handle communication and correspondence with clients and vendors related to accounts

Provide support to the senior accountant and finance team as needed

Requirements / Specification

Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures

Proficient in data entry and data management software

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
