📋 About This Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting, reporting, budgeting, taxation, and financial planning. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the company.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Develop and monitor annual budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and financial plans.

Manage project-related financial activities, including project costing, CAPEX, and cash-flow management.

🎓 Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.

CA/ACCA/CPA or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting will be an advantage.

🔧 Required Skills

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting

preferably in hydropower

energy

infrastructure

construction

or project-based companies.
