Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Management. CA/ACCA/ACCA (part qualified) preferred.

Experience : Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in manufacturing / steel / industrial sector.

DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee full set of accounts and ensure accurate & timely financial reporting

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets & cash flow analysis

Manage taxation, VAT, TDS, statutory compliance & audit

Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables & banking transactions

Ensure internal controls, cost control & inventory accounting

Lead, supervise & develop the finance & accounts team

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT

Strong knowledge of Nepal Accounting Standards, Tax laws & compliance

Proficiency in accounting software & MS Excel

Strong analytical, leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
