Salary and benefits: As per the rules and regulations of the organization (Monthly gross Rs. 30,765)

Responsible for: Contact Office, Program Beneficiaries, School teachers, Friday facilitators, alum and Advocacy group.

Rural Health and Education Service Trust (RHEST) is a national non-governmental organization established in 1993. RHEST is committed to ending all forms of violence against women and girls, including human trafficking, gender-based violence, child marriage, and child labor, with a particular focus on marginalized communities.

Through its education and health programs, RHEST works to prevent human trafficking and gender-based violence among girls from vulnerable and marginalized groups. To date, RHEST has supported more than 28,000 students in over 18 districts of Nepal, providing access to education in rural communities.

The empowerment of women and girls, along with the promotion of reproductive health and mental wellbeing, remains a central pillar of RHEST's programs.

RHEST is looking for qualified candidates for the post of Field Officer for Sindhupalchowk.

The Field Officer supports RHEST programs in Sindhupalchowk district. This role coordinates field activities and assists girls at risk of trafficking or early marriage. The Field Officer ensures smooth operation of the local contact office and strong community engagement. A commitment to child protection and grassroots advocacy is essential.

Location Requirement: This is a full-time position based in Sindhupalchowk District. Only applications from candidates who are permanent residents of Sindhupalchowk District will be considered.
