We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and client-focused Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive business growth, increase bookings, and expand the client base of Vedic Life Yoga Resort and Retreat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, promoting the resort’s wellness and retreat services, and increasing occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, wellness organizations, and individual customers.

Promote the resort’s accommodation, yoga retreats, wellness programs, events, and other services.

Handle inquiries from prospective guests and provide appropriate information regarding packages, facilities, pricing, and services.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, property visits, and follow-ups.

Develop partnerships with travel agencies, wellness centers, companies, and other relevant organizations.

Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, packages, and partnership offers.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings and long-term business relationships.

Coordinate with the operations, front office, hospitality, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and records of business development activities.

Research market trends, competitors, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities in the hospitality and wellness sector.

Develop strategies to achieve individual and organizational sales and revenue targets.

Represent the resort professionally at networking events, exhibitions, meetings, and industry events.

Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.
