Job Description

• Acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional projects by developing relationships with architecture, contractors, builders, owners, facility manager and management companies
• Acquires, maintains, and develops sufficient qualified dealers in the assigned territory
• Monitoring and preparation of the competitor’s activities and trade schemes report in the market.
• Perform site surveys with technicians, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales solutions to meet the customers’ needs.
• Preparation of quotations, costings and technical data to provide to customers
• Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule
• Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor and management

Job Specifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Air Conditioner/VRV/VRF sales
• Applicants with driving license and own vehicle (two wheeler) is mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management preferred, Bachelors in engineering with sales experience could also apply.
• Prior experience must be weather in B2B sales or in Dealer sales of AC
• Strong salesmanship, customer oriented and results-focused
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
