Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the bubble tea outlet.
• Supervise, motivate, and coordinate baristas, service staff, cashiers, and other outlet employees.
• Monitor key outlet KPIs including sales, average order value, product mix, wastage, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor daily consumption of tea, milk, pearls, syrups, toppings, fruits, packaging materials, and other ingredients.

Job Description

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in F&B, café, QSR, beverage, bubble tea, or retail outlet operations.
• Prior experience as an Outlet Manager, Store Manager, Café Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader, or Senior Barista will be an advantage.
• Experience in bubble tea or specialty beverage operations will be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, customer service, inventory, POS, and outlet operations.
