We are hiring a Sales Officer / Sales Executive to drive business growth across FMCG, automobile, and B2B markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market visits, presenting products and solutions, generating leads, following up with prospects, negotiating deals, and achieving assigned sales targets. The candidate will also monitor market trends, maintain sales records, prepare reports, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and business development.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Experience in FMCG, automobile, trading, distribution, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach to sales.
• Good knowledge of Kathmandu Valley markets and customer segments.
• Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an advantage.
