Job Description

Manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials and finished goods

Maintain accurate inventory records through stock verification, cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and inventory monitoring

Coordinate material receiving, quality inspection, storage, and issuance to support uninterrupted production operations

Monitor stock levels, FIFO compliance, WIP inventory, and material availability in coordination with Procurement and production teams

Oversee dispatch activities, logistics coordination, and related documentation to ensure timely deliveries

Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, inventory procedures and audit requirements

Maintain warehouse records and prepare inventory and operational reports

Job Specifications

Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain, or Intermediate with 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience in international procurement, particularly sourcing from China.

Strong negotiation and cost optimization skills.

Effective time management and coordination abilities.

Risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities.

Good understanding of import procedures, logistics coordination, and risk management.
